
Red Brick Gallery is more than happy to provide a unique venue for your next special event. Our venue is perfect for intimate to mid-sized receptions, weddings, business meetings, banquets, parties, or groups, up to 150 people. Red Brick Gallery’s facilities are available for rent from 9 AM to 10 PM Monday through Sundays.
At Red Brick Gallery, you will enjoy the intimacy of the gallery and you will be able to enjoy the company of the people you choose to invite. The artwork on the walls serve as a perfect backdrop for your event, however we are able to remove it for the event if requested (for an additional fee). We provide ambiance music (if desired), and we welcome individual performers inside our facilities.

Rental Summary
For special events, parties, and receptions:
$600-$1000 for 4-5 hour block of time, minimum
$400 Refundable security deposit payable with signed agreement
$100 Refundable Cleaning deposit payable with signed agreement
Red Brick Gallery requires a minimum of a four-hour block of time for any event, party, reception, large meeting (over 20 people), or any other use of entire facility requiring the closing of the Gallery to the general public.
When signing the agreement - 30% per hour of rental agreement
On day of event - remainder of rental agreement
For small meetings and artistic purposes:
For rental needs other than parties, receptions or events, Red Brick Gallery spaces are available on an hourly basis, with permission of Executive Director or Gallery Manager:
Red Brick Gallery space - $200.00 per hour
Class Room/ Meeting Room - $100.00 per hour
Approval of an hourly rate is limited to those that require no set-up/clean-up, will be for less than 15 people, do not include on food/beverages (other than take-out), and will occur during Arts Clayton business hours. This includes, but is not limited to, small meetings (less than 15 people), interviews, or use of gallery for artistic purposes.

Banquet tables and folding chairs available for additional charge
Artist Demonstrations, we are able to set-up having artists creating during your event or teach mini painting workshops with a small additional fee. We have several artists who work with the gallery on a regular basis that are willing to be "entertainment" for specific events.
Event-specific setup fee - Required if event requires re-arranging of any major Gallery fixtures and furniture (chairs, panels, desk), as allowed
Rental includes:
Use of Red Brick Gallery (both Main Gallery and Class Room)
Use of Red Brick Gallery stereo system/CD player
Use of two easels for event signage
Red Brick Gallery Staff person on site during the event in an advisory capacity and to secure building after the function
Use of vacuum and cleaning equipment, trash cans and liners
Rental does not include:
Catering, food, or beverages
Table linens, glassware, silverware or flatware
Removal/movement of any artwork or displays on exhibit at time of event (unless previously arranged)
Security personnel
Event-specific permits
Group Tours
For local groups of all ages to group tours visiting the "The New Art City," Red Brick Gallery offers a unique experience in art, food, and hospitality with a variety of options to compliment any itinerary. Conveniently located in downtown Ventura only a few block from the beach, the San Buenaventura Mission and Historic City Hall.
All group tours include a free-of-charge gallery tour of all exhibits featuring original art by regional California artists and an opportunity to also purchase unique, one-of-a-kind mementos and gifts.
For an additional charge, an interactive art experience may be added. Enhance your tour with additions like artist discussions, demonstrations, and hands-on art creation with local artists. The Red Brick Gallery offers hospitality options like coffee breaks, tea parties, wine and cheese receptions, and more for a nominal price per person.
